Tres Pintxos

a trio of pintxos:  Tartaleta de Txangurro:  San Sebastian style crab tart

Mousse de Foie de Pato:  foie gras mousse with px poached figs & jamón serrano

Croqueta de Txistorra y Idiazábal:  navarran pork sausage & smoked sheep cheese croquette


Second Course:

Ensalada de Piquillos:  piquillo peppers with tuna del norte, boquerones, piparra peppers

anchovy stuffed olives, boiled egg & alioli


Third Course:

Bacalao en Salsa Verde:  pan roasted salt cod in parsley-garlic sauce

with clams, white asparagus & new potatoes


Fourth Course:

Cordero:  grilled lamb chop with pastry wrapped braised lamb shank, white beans & peppers


Fifth Course:

Gateau Basque:  basque pastry tart with almond cream & red wine poached cherries
