Course One:

Remolachas: red & golden beets with sherry vinegar, olive oil & garlic (v, df & gf)

or

Plato de Boquerones: vinegar cured anchovies with piparra peppers, anchovy stuffed olives & piquillo peppers (df & gf)

or

Ensalada de Lengua: braised beef tongue with alioli, piparra peppers & micro greens (df & gf)

Course Two:

Arroz Cremosa: creamy bomba rice with mushrooms & sheep cheese crema (veg & gf)

or

Pochas con Almejas: creamy white beans with steamed clams, garlic & white wine (df & gf)

or

Carrilleras de Vaca: braised beef cheeks with red wine sauce & potato mousse (df & gf)

Course Three:

Flan de Calabaza: creamy spanish style herb scented squash custard (gf)

or

Tarta de Aceite: olive oil cake soaked in sherry with whipped cream

or

Tarta de Chocolate: espresso chocolate tart with red wine berry sauce & whipped cream
